I found the food fine and fabulous! I enjoyed the Vegetarian Combination, which was very good. Unfortunately, I was not impressed with my reception, which was rather icy. As a tourist from out of town, I was tempted to leave immediately as it seemed as if I was unwelcome. Unfamiliar with the restaurant's rules, I stood for what seemed to be an eternity, all while receiving what I thought to be hostile stares. Just as I decided to leave, a server approached, seated me, and provided a menu, with very little conversation. I felt uncomfortable and quickly ordered the vegetarian combination, which also arrived quickly. It was delightfully delicious and beautifully arrayed atop the Injera. It may just be a cultural thing, but it would be wise on the part of management there to be aware of travelers and tourists who should at the very least, be greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. Had things happened more happily, this experience would have been rated excellent. The only thing good about this visit was the great food.

Best Ethiopia food so far in Seattle, huge portions and great owner, they recommended to order less than ask you to order more, which turns out we had quite a left over. Great service as well

Never had Ethiopian food before and tried this restaurant today after many people telling me it's really good. My only regret is not trying it sooner! I got two of the vegetarian combos and a coffee for two people. Was dancing so happy trying each dish wrapped in that delicious injera. The flavors are wild and my belly is satisfied beyond belief. Huge portions and will have food for days lol. The coffee is strong, smooth, almost chocolatey tasting and doesn't even need cream or sugar. Since I live close, I'll be coming here for coffee to go a lot more now. I rarely write reviews but I had to for this place. Amazing.

My vegetarian friend brought me here. I have to say, I found plenty of things to order. Unique flavors to me, first time with this nation's food. I would definitely return.

Nice Ethiopian restaurant with the most space of the three I know in the immediate area. The food was nicely prepared and tasty. They unfortunately did not keep track of a 16 person reservation called in a week prior but they were able to accommodate. A good Ethiopian option in Pinehurst.
