Non-pretentious and non-kitschy, European Foods just north on Aurora is a one stop deli and convenient Eastern European market. It's where a person like myself who's never traveled to Eastern Europe can feel like a tourist within Seattle while supporting local. Imported meats, pasta, spices, cooking sauces, ice cream treats and a wide selection of chocolate items line the shelves of this quaint space. Hearing that custom sandwiches (5.99) are made to order, we ordered a bologna and also a deli ham, made of regular wheat bread, deli meat, sliced white cheese (couldn't tell if it was mozzarella or provolone?) tomato, and one had a very hearty dark lettuce. It was fun taking a dive into their bulk bins for some imported chocolate and I look forward to trying all of them over time and finding some favorites.

Never trust this store, the product does not match the label, it is a cheap fake, everything is created in order to make money on you, I was very much deceived. Unfortunately, many nationalities say that they are Russian, but this is not so! I understood it myself from my own experience, be careful

I love this store. Staff is always considerate and flexible with your personal oder. They are very responsible, responsive and friendly. Love how they cook, it's very homy.

Russian food and service at this spot is excellent. Excellent spot to spend time alone or talk business. I will be back with my coworkers. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.
