I had something stolen out of my vehicle from this lot a few days ago with a value of 400(I have receipts). No broken windows, no sign of a broken lock. I filled a claim with this company the day of the incident which was 5 days ago. I’ve been parking my car here every week for the last four months, and was prepared to do the same thing for the next year( due to work). They’re yet to make right by me, a valued, loyal customer.

If you want to wash your car and wait 20 minutes and argue with rude management after you come back, use this parking. But if not, find better one.
Totally fine nothing weird happened... better then taking the bus.. I will go back again...
I used them few times and everything was fine until it wasn't. Last time I was waiting for my car for almost 2 hrs. For whatever reason it was on another lot, they couldn't figure this out for 2 hrs. My wife was waiting at the airport and I had to call Lyft for her (it was late in the night, cold and rainy. I didn't want her to wait for who knows how long). Their manager Michael R. promised me to pay for Lyft but never returned my calls. 120 lesson learned.
I leave my car here every time I go to the airport. (Which is a lot) it’s fast and easy. The shuttle is always fast too so I’ve never had to worry. I’ve never had an issue.
