Very great gym facility. Very clean. Not too busy. Great staff. They are taking covid precautions seriously (this could be good or bad depending on how you prefer things). I cancelled my membership because I moved away and they wrongly charged me one extra month, but an email solved the problem without drama.
4 Star for amazing personal trainer Nick. Nick is such a funny person that training with him always accompanied with tons of laughs. I wasn't a big fan of gym workout before . But he literally make the workout attractive. Also he is a creative trainer. Every training session is slightly different with new movements and new training knowledges. Really opened my eyes. Highly recommended. Thank you Nick.
This location is very clean with new equipment. There is parking outside of the location which you do have to pay for unfortunately (I have seen tickets being issued). There is a shower but I haven't personally used it, however the bathrooms are always clean!
I was an employee here for two wonderful years. I miss this gym all the time. Great space for free movement, respectful members and I felt so valued as an employee. Justin and Brian do a wonderful job of keeping things fresh and giving everyone the opportunity to be a part of the action. If you are a conscientious shopper who likes to support companies that are doing right by their employees, Flow is it.
