Had a great experience with this place. I've never had anything custom framed before as I always thought it would be too much of a hassle, but they made the process so easy and very reasonable priced. Really great service and they're willing to go the extra mile to make sure you're satisfied! I'll be coming back for all my frame needs.

Great customer service and work - friendly, efficient, clearly enjoy what they are doing and they do it well. Frame places closer to my house but I can see why they have alot of traffic coming in. High quality work at reasonable (read: fair) prices, a rarity for Seattle these days. The store manager herself put wire hangars on several paintings while I waited for my order. Highly recommend.

I found an awesome vintage 3x5' American flag and wanted to get it framed. I shopped around and got quotes from multiple shops in the area, and Frame Central was by far the most reasonable for a project of this size. When I first brought in the flag, they were super friendly and helpful, and we had a frame/matte combo picked out within 20 minutes. Throughout the process, they called me to keep me updated on the progress of the project. When they received defective mattes from the manufacturer, they called to apologize and offered me a discount on any future purchases. Even though the defective mattes weren't their fault, it was a nice touch and great customer service. When I went in to pick up the finished project (after about 1.5 weeks), I was blown away by the quality of the work. I can't say enough about Frame Central in Wallingford - because of them I have a piece that I'll keep for the rest of my life. Thanks for everything, and keep up the great work! I'll definitely be back in the future for any framing projects that I have.
