As a Fuller Living Construction employee, I have several reasons about this company that I rave about. #1- Honesty and transparency. It is so refreshing to always know that when my employer says he will do something, he always follows through. #2- I have never been asked to compromise my integrity, safety or quality. I have worked in the past for companies that really only care about the bottom line. That is definitely not the the case with FLC. #3-Relaxed atmosphere. I am never \pushed\ to meet a deadline. We always discuss how long a project will take and create a realistic, yet timely deadline. #4- Quality and customer service. This is very important to me, because my work is a reflection of me. FLChas the same philosophy. We provide a high quality service and top tier customer service. It really is a privilege to work here.

Fuller Living renovated our basement, including gutting our 100 year old basement, replacing the central beam of our house, and then creating a fresh new basement. Framing, electrical, plumbing, hvac, drywall, flooring, and painting. The whole kit and caboodle. Russel is very professional, providing a detailed schedule and frequent updates, and he was always quick to respond to questions. The subcontractors mostly showed up on time and completed their work on schedule, and our project came in on budget. More importantly, everything looks amazing, and we felt like we were given plenty of communication around options and trade-offs along the way so that we ended up with exactly what we wanted despite the usual fun surprises you find in an old house. For COVID-times: we have an immuno-compromised person in the household, and Russell and his crew were very respectful with mask use and distancing. We had to remind the subcontractors on occasion, but overall felt safe with how they interacted with us.

Russell and his team, including Buddy and David, are great to work with. From daily photos of the work done to GPS check-ins ensuring that our invoices are always accurate for the time workers were actually working our our project, everything is great. Russell and Buddy are very responsive via email, test, or phone, and all work hard to make sure the project is exactly what was requested. They have helped us on two separate projects, and were very professional, quick, and organized.

We have been in Seattle for our baby who has been in Seattle Children’s Hospital for over a year and I can’t even begin to tell you how thankful we are for Russell and the people who work for him for the help financially he gifted us!
