I was referred here by an Apple associate and after arriving on site I was informed that they were not capable of doing the work needed in the store and that the computer would take several days to be fixed. I was there for a simple software issue that I just didn’t have the tools to fix. Would not recommend you go here unless you are okay waiting and handing your computer for days. The two other people in the store had the exact same issue. It was advertised as having the same capability as the genus bar at Apple and that is not true. Apple helps you on the spot. They help you in a few days.

I took my laptop in to have the screen replaced. Vito (their head technician) completed the job after having it for four days. For reasons I still do not know he installed a used screen and either chose to replace the entire top half of my computer with a scratched case with bent hinges OR he did some concerning cosmetic and hardware damage to it during the repair. I had asked for and paid for a new screen, nothing else. He did not receive permission from me or his manager to install a used screen and did not have the authority to make this call on his own so he chose not to put his actions in the notes for the job. When asked about it he said he didn’t remember fixing my computer because he “fixes so many” and that he couldn’t see anything wrong with his work. Brian (their customer service agent) also denied that anything was wrong, but agreed that it was a used screen and offered a 44 discount. They both challenged me to prove that they had caused any damage to my computer. Brian said because I couldn’t prove it there was nothing I could do to them and there was nothing they would do for me. When their manager came back from vacation I was offered a full refund (262) which I received about a week later, but the truth of what actually happened was never explained to me. The computer, including the refurbished screen does work. My biggest complaints are the shadiness, aggression and the cosmetic/hardware damage I am left with. I later received word that Vito had been reprimanded for his unethical behavior. I recommend that you choose a different computer repair shop, but if for some reason you do take your electronics here make sure to save detailed, time stamped photos of your entire device (not just the damage) before you hand it over.

24-hour turnaround -- woo-hoo! Immediate availability to bring my laptop in, and really appreciated the clear and continual communication all throughout the process. Glad to have found a trustworthy and personable vendor for any future issues.

They are wonderful! They fixed our MacBook Pro for us, made it good as new. The price has gone up, but it had nothing to do with these guys (thanks Apple). They were professional and knowledgeable. We will definitely come back here when needed. Thanks guys!

Dropped my Macbook off on a Sunday, received an update on Monday, and picked it up on a Friday. A much quicker turnaround, I'm guessing, than if I had gone to the U Village Apple Store. :-)
