From initial concept and design through to delivery, Ashley was very patient, had excellent suggestions, gave us interesting options we'd not considered and was able to translate our desires into reality perfectly. Communication was clear and we found it very easy to iterate back and forward. Everything was on time, on budget and we're very very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend the experience!

I arrived at Green Lake Jewelry Works expecting to browse their merchandise, and leave with a few ideas for an engagement ring to present to my spouse. I was promptly greeted by Erich, who was extremely friendly and helped educate me about the option of having a ring custom made. He was very polite throughout the whole process. He actively listened to all the ideas that we had while sharing a few suggestions of his own, and together we sketched up a few designs for a finished product. I wasn't initially expecting to put a deposit down on a ring that day, but by the end of our conversations I truly felt that I could trust Erich...not to mention the fact that the quality of their work was impressive. We emailed back and forth for a few weeks as Erich shared with me the 3D CAD and wax models, which we made a couple adjustments to along the way to better fit my needs. Even after all the adjustments were made we stayed within budget, which was very close to the estimate Erich provided to me on the first day. In the end I could not have been more pleased with the outcome, and I'm certain my fiancé would agree considering how much she has been showing off her new ring to everyone! Thanks again, Erich :)

Great people and great service. The design came to live step by step through mutual cooperation. They did their best to keep me satisfied and gave me what I really want. Sometimes communication was longer than it should have been, but I am sure that if it was face to face it would have went very smoothly. All in all very satisfactory and the ring came out gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is in for quality
