I am currently in week 10 of the CPT program and its been life changing. Kayla is amazing. Its so emotionally and mentally exhausting, but when you reach the beautiful breakthroughs its all worth it.

I underwent CPT for PTSD and learned a lot of great tools. The work is worth the relief, but you have to put the effort in yourself! It’s very rewarding to see your progress.

This is the best place I have ever been for treatment and I have been to many in several states over many years. I am finally on the path to real health. Treatment is not easy, it is a lot of hard, painful work but this is worth it. Our society is not very kind to those needing mental health help and it is hard to find insurance courage let alone good coverage. Sometimes you can have a real need for help but insurance will not help. Don't believe she was Googling treatments she had heard of but was trying to find places that offered that kind of treatment and accepted patients with her insurance or no insurance. This is a place of kind, compassionate caring people that do what they can for others. I am very glad that I have worked with them.

They were very helpful for me. Always treated me with dignity and respect and referred me to a wonderful therapist in their Redmond branch who spent almost a year with me. I had been unable to work due to crippling depression and had no insurance but that was never an issue. We worked on my depression and PTSD. When I finished therapy I was told I could always return if needed. I'm not \cured\ but I'm a functioning adult now with a job and learned a lot of coping mechanisms. We processed everything which helped immensely - I'm not reliving the trauma events the same way anymore. My therapist was always well prepared and we picked up right where we left off the week before. HCSATS was a great experience from start to finish for me.
