Poor customer service. I had a suit dry cleaned here that needed alterations done to the pants. I SPECIFICALLY said that I needed it back on a particular date and time. I was assured by who seemed to be the owner that it would be ready to pick up at that time and date. When I arrived my jacket was done my pants were off location. When I returned to pick up the pants I was charged full price. When I said I should recieve a discount I was given 5 off. What a joke. I guess a dry cleaner is a dry cleaner \u200d️ Don't go here.
I brought two of my wedding dresses here after my wedding and one was so filthy I wasn’t sure if they’d be able to get the stains out! I picked it up four weeks later and they both looked like-new! The staff at the shop are also very nice. Super affordable and highly recommend!
We have been taking our laundry to House of Kleen for over a decade. Without exception, the service has been superb and the prices extremely reasonable. That should be enough of a recommendation, but recently they went way beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. I took in a garment that, for personal reasons, I value highly. It had paint all over one of the sleeves. I thought it likely it would be impossible to recover. But after processing it five times with patience and skill, it was completely restored. I was amazed and am very grateful. What was even more amazing was they did not intend to charge me for their remarkable effort and skill. It is their policy to remove stains and spots without additional charges. Ten stars would not be a high enough rating for such a business..........
These guys are awesome, and their prices are unbelievable! I've been using them for 5-6 years now and they've never lost or damaged a single item. With the lowest prices in the area, 1-3 day turnaround, and hours until 7pm weekdays, who could ask for more! 5 stars all the way -- and thanks House of Kleen for years of great service!
