This neighborhood market is great for some very specific things! They have loads of ethnic foods and ingredients, and you can likely find all those extras that are hard to find in more Western groceries. They don't sell a ton of non-food grocery items, just be aware. My favorite part of the market is the fresh produce! Their fresh basil always lasts like four times longer than when I buy it from Fred Meyer.

PRICE GOUGING!!! Went here on 4/15/2020 for a pack of toilet paper, and found they had doubled the prices. MD brand was 13.99 for 12 rolls and Fiora was 11.99. HT Market is not the best store. The quality and health of their food products in questionable. I support them because they are local, convenient, and they have a few things that I like. I am absolutely disgusted by their actions. At a time when many people are struggling to get by, they have decided to make profit their priority. I will no longer be shopping there, and I plan to spread the word to all my friends who also shop there. This is unacceptable.

So grateful to have this market close to home. Fantastic variety, always find what I need, and a few extras I didn't. Definitely pick up some fresh chicharrones!

I like going to this market for the large selection of Asian, European & Mexican food . Somehow it doesn't have many customers. I suggest the freshness of the meat & fish sections need to be improved and more frequent sales, promotions to extract new & repeated customers.

During these strange times when people feel the need to hoard toilet paper in order to survive a pandemic, I thought I would go to a smaller, local grocery store for basic hygiene items. I found the last two bags of toilet paper, which did not have a price label anywhere on the item nor the shelf. I asked the cashier and was surprised to find that this Fiora brand bag of 12 double rolls was 16.99. The cashier seemed apologetic that it was so expensive. A quick online search shows this exact item runs between 3-5. Now, I'm all for capitalism and understand supply/demand, however, I feel it is distasteful for a business to gouge prices of a basic hygiene item during a pandemic. If smoked salmon were marked up more than 3 times the average price, I wouldn't care (and I do enjoy smoked salmon!) But toilet paper? Come on. I like to support small business, but I won't be coming back to this one.

I used to LOVE the fact I could do a little grocery shopping and pick up my UPS packages in the same spot. HT oaktree also offers a UPS safe drop spot for your missed packages. HOWEVER, THE OWNER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE WITH ME LAST TIME I USED THIS SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDE! WHY OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU GOING TO BE MEAN WHEN PEOPLE USE IT?

HT Oaktree is an interesting grocery store that sort of defies easy categorization. There is a large catalog of international items offered here from across the world with east asian, latin american/Mexican, Indian, and european products all having their own aisles. The store is rarely very busy so it's easy to browse and shop. The produce section is a bit lacking and there are no apparent deal sheets which is a bit disappointing. That said there are many items you would not find in traditional stores here so worth the visit if you have a hard to find 'ethnic' food item.
