Very friendly and professional staff. I had the opposite experience as one of the bad reviews here. I received constant updates and carefully planned my closing around the pandemic. Would recommend!!

I close a ton of real estate with Jet. I love that they are streamlined and efficient. They save my clients a ton of money and are full service. Anytime I need something, I get a hold of someone right away. Also, their organization is really great and they just don't let things slide through the cracks. Welcome to the 21st century escrow companies. This is probably the future of escrow. -Thanks.

I will keep using jet closing, they are using stuff online as much as possible which is great choice when I used many escrow under covid-19 situations. They can find notary so quick, and document scan back to lender right away, other escrow company take extra 1-2 business days ship document back and scan to lender.

Typical online company-never talk to the same person, no one knows who is doing what or who received what. Constant updates needed as no one tells anyone anything. Don't recommend. Fee savings is NOT worth the hassle. If the listing agent wants them...balk!
