As another reviewer stated: The Doctors are top notch. It's the group that supplies the glasses that are sub-par. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on March 13, 2020 and due to the Pandemic they were sent to me in the mail. After enduring as much discomfort as I couls I went in to have them adjusted. The lady took them in her gloved hand and went to the back room to \bend\ them and then slid them to me to try on.It was a so-so fit but better than nothing. On Friday, October 2, I went to put them on and the bridge of my 413 Marchon AUTOFLEX frames snapped in two. I drove down to Northgate Kaiser to see about getting a replacement on it's way only to be stopped at the door and told to \make an appointment\! How long would it have taken to pull my file up in their computer and press ORDER? I left the glasses there and drove to Costco and ordered a Duraflex set for 140. I'm DONE with \Group Kaiser\.

Great experience. Doctors were excellent and thorough; receptionists were kind and helpful.
I waited for my glasses and I never received a call, that they were supposed to make, when the glasses arrive. I called them on business hours for time and they didn’t answer, I left a voicemail; they didn’t call back, I finally was able to talk to someone the 5th call and they told me that my glasses were ready. I went to pick them up and they couldn’t find them so they had to reorder them. The doctor and the rest was great, just don’t but the glasses there.
Went in to get my 1yr old glass es tighten ( I am hRd on glasses) quick efficient service. I have been getting glasses here for over 10 yrs. have always been very satisfied.
Got contact lens. Asked them about getting new glasses. They said they'd just use the contact prescription????! Okay. I know you can't use contact prescription for glasses but I thought must be new technology. Paid 650/ with insurance for glasses that look like I had in 1970's. Blurred vision. They told me my eyes would adjust to them??? They didn't. Joke.
