Michael really knows his stuff. I asked him a late night question and got a response within 5 minutes. He was able to provide me the technical help I needed and I was able to solve it! I honestly couldn’t be more appreciative of Michael. Definitely saved me a trip and hundreds of dollars without his help & advice. 10/10 would definitely recommend and will definitely consult in my future PC builds if I have difficulties.

Michael is amazing. He replaced the screen on my MacBook Pro in less than 30 minutes! He is polite, efficient, and skillful. 10/10 recommend, and I actually plan on going back for data retrieval from my hard drive.
Great service unfortunately tablet was not able to have windows reinstalled due to its age and issues, but tech was very helpful and knowledgeable will use again if needed in the future
