AVOID. The customer service was terrible. I worked with an account representative for weeks on a custom hat design. Communication was not only slow but often lacking in important details that I would have to send additional emails to get. Which caused further delays. Finally approved all of the art and paid my invoice only to be told that my in-hand date (same one I had the entire time) was impossible by WEEKS. Never again.

Our company has ordered jackets and vests embroidered with our company logo several times. I've worked with a number of different sales reps, and each order has been handled with care and delivered on time and as expected. We will definitely order from Kotis again.

I ordered a Chilly Hilly Cycling Jersey. It showed delivering to my front porch, but I never received it. I contacted Kotis Customer Service. They were very friendly and sent out another Jersey as soon as soon as it was produced. I received this one and it was a very small extra large. I contacted Customer Service again. They set me up with an RA and said they would send out an XXL as soon as they received this back. I got awesome responses and always very friendly. A great company to do business with
