Fillet of Leader Creek Sockeye for last nights dinner. Cooked in a 450 (F) oven on an Alder plank for 18 minutes. Salt and pepper. Salmon of this Quality needs nothing more.!!! Thank you Leader Creek Fishermen and shore crew for a great product.

I loved it here! So sad that my season was cut short due to injury but everyone in HR and coworkers took awesome care of me!
