Dr. Irwin is a detailed and knowledgeable cosmetic dermatologist. There are practitioners that work with her to provide a variety of specialty skin care treatments. Wonderful friendly office yet professional.

I read the reviews about this company only getting 3 stars total but figured I'd give it a shot . I went in to get a consultation for Botox/Dysport and had some questions about under eye filler. The ladies at the front desk were super sweet as was the technician/assistant who took me back and prepared me to see the PA/ nurse. My issue is, I was left in the room for almost 30 minutes after being prepared to see the P/A/nurse. I find that completely unprofessional, especially for a new client seeing advice and possible treatment. I had a work call at 12pm and I was still in the room. I had to step out to take the call because I was still waiting in the room to be seen. I decided just not to go back in. I felt like I was treated not respectfully. My appointment was at 11:20. They took me back around 11:15. Took photos and was done and ready to see the P/A or nurse by 1130. It was now 12pm . After waiting for 30 minutes i left. I would not recommend this place . Next time go with your gut and read the reviews before. I will take my business elsewhere where my time is treated respectfully. I have received absolutely no phone as to what happen or why I didn’t come back. Proof this business does not care and for some reason I was treated unfairly.

I had a consultation today about my eyes with Rita Bauer, R.N and I am so pleased with my experience with her! I am a customer who is tired of trying to figure out the best way to keep my eye area looking fresh and thus I scheduled myself an appointment to see what a professional would recommend and how they could help. After reading the previous reviews... I am surprised because my experience was completely different and positive. The front desk was sweet and after having an open conversation with Rita about what I’m currently using for my eye area and what I would like to see moving forward, she provided me with all the transparent detail about out of pocket cost and provided me with a folder full of info to read about which included pricing. After we spoke she had me take 5 photos which made me feel good so that in the future they can see and talk about what is needed and then Rita gave me a mini tour of the office and even introduced me to staff. I found my consultation inspiring and extremely positive. Thank you Rita! Xo

Unfortunately, while the services here may be adequate, the scheduling staff is inept. They scheduled me for an appointment by phone, sent numbing cream by mail to be applied the hour before the appointment. I show up, prepared, face numb, and they have no record of my appointment, with no ability to accommodate. Oh well.

First, I want to say that I have been going to Rita for fillers for a while now & love her! I get yearly mole checks, I was due, & I went to see Kristen. This year I also had a minor skin issue checked & I had a few skin tags removed. There is a skin tag pricing tier that I thought I was going to be billed for, which would have been 50 for the three I had removed cause it’s a simple process. To my surprise, I received a bill for just over 500. They billed my insurance for removal of a “wart” on my eyebrow, which looked very similar to the small skin tags removed from another area. The cost of this “wart” removal was a couple hundred dollars, which my insurance denied. I disputed the bill because it was the same simple process to remove that “wart” as it was for the skin tags. They agreed to only charge me the 50 when the bill was disputed in the office during another appointment. When I said I wanted to pay the balance owed before leaving the office, which I thought would have been the 50 plus the office visit, but the front desk gal told me I only owe 50, that’s it, nothing else. So, I paid the 50 & thought it was nice of them to drop the rest. However, I got a bill for 126.20 from that visit. When I called to dispute that, they would not work with me on the charge. Bottom line is, the clinicians do good work. Just be weary about the billing end of it. Be sure to ask them what they are charging & why. I have been going here for years & I am severely disappointed over this issue, to the point where I want to find another practice to go to.
