I have been participating in the 5:30 AM lap swim. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is a wide variety of ages and swimming abilities so I feel comfortable while swimming. Custodial staff does a great job with cleanliness and maintenance. Thank you Meadowbrook staff.

Great pool, good staff, and fun to see your neighbors! They combine two lanes for the slow and medium lanes. I personally don't mind this as it provides more room to pass when things get busy. And the bonus..... they have a sauna!

Went for ladies swim night. What a great idea! No men, no screaming kids. Just ladies either swimming laps (without judgement) or having fun. I would recommend to any ladies looking for something different and fun to do

My daughter was really nervous to get in the water for her first ever swim lesson. I approached the pool manager to ask for some help getting her into the water. I asked if I could get into the pool with her just until she was comfortable. He said that couldn’t be accommodated and I understood and instead I sat as close to her side of the pool as I could since I promised her I would be close. On a following lesson the bleachers (which are on the opposite end of the pool section she was in) we’re full and there wasn’t a spot for me to sit. So I attempted to sit on a stack of unused kick boards right next to the bleachers but closer to where my daughter was. The same man approached me and said “I can’t have you sitting here”. I was confused because I was not in the way of anything, and even pointed out that there was no room in the bleachers for me. He repeated that I could not sit. I am pregnant and just needed to sit down but instead I was forced to stand for a half hour while I waited for the lesson to end. Completely unaccommodating and totally treated like a number by this guy. Just really unfriendly vibes. What is the crime in a pregnant woman needing to sit down? And why was I allowed to stand in the same spot for 30 minutes but not allowed to sit there?
