When you walk into this place, you are treated like family. Everyone is great here and we feel so lucky to have had this experience. They helped customized my engagement ring and helped pair it with a gorgeous wedding band and make it fit flush together. They also replaced my watch batteries at a great price. Every time we went in they offered to shine up my ring too. Overall, great service! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have been coming here since I first moved to West Seattle in 2003. I came in for a watch strap. Hands down best Jewelry shop. I have made many purchases and brought my family members to shop here as well. Worth the drive from the Eastside, Southside and North end.

I had my wedding rings resized here - one a standard solitaire (but very old) and an almost eternity band. They did a wonderful job and fit great. The quality is spot on. The price was very reasonable and the turn around time was as they quoted. Highly recommend!

Very disappointed with the customer service here. Took my jewelry for appraisal. I was specifically told that if the piece is under 3000, there will be no appraisal done. Lo and behold, it was appraised under 3k. When I mentioned this to one of the folks in the store, they became defensive and multiple people would come up telling me that this is not the case and the cap is at 500. This whole tactic seems to center on bullying the other person. Quite aggressive. Would not recommend and I would never come back to this store.
