Customer service is excellent from the time you call to make the appointment (and talk to the friendly and efficient bookkeeper) to Mike and Matteo coming to your home. It is amazing to see Mike tuning the piano and he has so much insight into the type of piano I had. Matteo, his nephew, is very friendly and the whole service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this family business. I looked around and they are also very very reasonable.
