Looked at the other prefabricated carports online; none were up to the quality and durability of the Modern Carports. Answered all of my questions and gave pricing right over the phone. Came out and installed it within 6 days of my phone call.

I have tried calling them for weeks. Everytime I get placed into a voicemail system. I have left messages and filled out an online quote and sent an email. Never get a response but their website says they're open. Are they still in business? You responded to this review 3 months ago however I've still never received any info or a return call. I've tried calling your 800 number at least 5 more times on different days, all during time you say you're open. However, those calls always go to your voicemail. Sounds like you're out of business.
Update: the owner was quick to reply and follow-up with me after my original review. Thanks for the help! I was so hoping to work with this company to install a new carport. It appears they are no longer in business. If you're a perspective customer be aware their business is no longer at the physical location listed on the website. The call answering system still receives calls that go to voicemail and the online price request form will not be responded to. What a bummer!
Nobody answers the phone, not sure how they do business.
