I go to Modo yoga with my mother almost every day. I love it the second you walk into the studio, I am always welcomed with open arms, and they even remember me by name. Each class is a little different in a good way that lets you push yourself. Every day I look forward to going to yoga because it is not just a good workout but also a practice that refreshes your mind. I highly recommend Modo yoga studio.

Clean, appealing studio with spacious changing rooms, nice showers, and a mat cleaning station. The instructors are killer- knowledgeable, friendly, challenging, and encouraging. Great variety of classes from pretty challenging to (for me) ultra challenging. I’ve never joined a yoga studio until now and I’m loving it. This place is tops.
I've practiced yoga for a few years now but this was my first time at Modo and first experience with hot yoga. I LOVED it. The staff greeted my friend and I with a warm welcome, registering was a 2 min. process and they had all vital amenities available to rent or borrow including a mat, water bottle, towel and hair tie. The facility is super chic and clean. Locker rooms are gorgeous and spacious. Class itself was a perfect pace, periods of requested silence before and after practice put me in the most peaceful headspace. I would not have started this decade any other way. Looking forward to the next class at Modo!
I’ve really enjoyed coming to this studio. All the instructors I’ve taken classes with are really kind and knowledgeable, and the studio itself is very clean and relaxing. I highly recommend trying the intro month to anybody looking to truly give hot yoga a shot!
I've been looking for a yoga studio that feels like home and I've found that at Modo. I love that they address how your daily practice effects your body but also how it effects your mind. Real talk. Yes, it's hot in the studio. Yes, usually at some point during the class you're going to wish you could have a breath of fresh air. But instead of panicking and running out the door, take a sip of water or take a break in child's pose. Challenge yourself to stay, you'll be glad you did. Pro tip: I like the classes with music better than those without.
