I had scheduled an appointment during COVID 19 but when I realized they wouldn’t take my insurance and tried to cancel they still said I had to pay the cancelling fee. They then harassed me for the fee for weeks and asked if I would “like to reschedule” after they finally got it. Really sad to see a medical office care more about profits then having a clientele who trust them/ has all the facts upfront. I will definitely not be rescheduling.

I had two fantastic visits with Dr. November last summer, but I can only give this facility two stars because it has taken almost a year for the billing department to get these claims process correctly – I work in medical billing and I understand the process and what they have been doing wrong, but it has taken eight phone calls to the medical billing as well as three phone calls to my own insurance to find out that they have been billing it incorrectly every single time. I will not be returning to this facility because of the incompetence of the billing department, which is a shame because the front desk staff as well as the physicians are all so wonderful and well educated.
