The people are nice enough but they don't do their job very well. Time is money. I called in a small order of 16 wire cuts. All were less than 20 feet. I've been waiting over an hour. These guys are killing my time. The absolute best the guy could say was sorry. Then he told me the wire cut guys do their own thing and he doesn't know where they are. He told me it will be another 35 mins.. unacceptable. Not professional.

Mediocre. As a commercial electrical contractor, I expect 22k breakers to be in stock. This place is dumb. They have exclusivity with Siemens, but do not carry 22k. Dumb. That is such a common need. DUMB. Had to go to a competitor. Funny that the counter guys act like a 22k breaker is special. SO COMMON. Most utility transformers are so close to service that 22k is REQUIRED. I hope management reads this and feel ashamed.
