We booked the 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Elegant Metropolitan Oasis in Seattle. This condo is a centrally located spot to visit the local national parks and surrounding areas. This is a great location for that. However, we arrived late in the evening and upon arrival, everything looked great. We grabbed a bite to eat and when we got back, we noticed how dirty the accommodations were. We were planning on going to Leavenworth the next day but found ourselves cleaning up the apartment instead. The floor was filthy, there was huge dust balls behind the beds, the floor by the windows were dirty, the silverware was dirty, the shower wasn't cleaned very well. The kitchen faucet didn't work properly. The heating element in the smaller bedroom is hanging off the wall. We didn't turn it on to see if it worked. With COVID-19 we just didn't feel safe. We actually stayed one night on San Juan Island and the room was fantastic; very clean and sterilized. It even had a seal on the door when we arrived. The location is good but the cleanliness needs to be addressed!

We recently stayed in a Pike Place rental with Seattle Oasis Vacation Rentals. The unit was beautiful. The views were incomparable! The entire Seattle Oasis staff was awesome! (Special kudos to Daniel and Monte!!) The location could not have been better! We will definitely be back and will be calling Seattle Oasis for our vacation needs when we return to this fantastic city!!

We booked here and canceled well before our COVID window back in May. They held off entering the cancellation until the day of. To this day we are still fighting for our refund. We had several conversations about the refund and were even given one by the booking company that could only be initiated by Seattle Oasis. But, they have yet to refund us. At first it was a problem of a lot of processing, now we are hearing a different story.

This company has great reviews so we booked a rental for October. In April the condo we booked was taken off the rental market (due to COVID-19 I presume). We understand things like that happen. However, SOVR did not inform us of this. They sent a new rental agreement for a different unit to be signed with NO explanation. I reached out to them and they did respond with an explanation and answered questions about the replacement unit. Unfortunately, the new unit was not comparable to the original one and would not work for us. I informed them of this and asked for a refund. They have now cancelled our booking number and are charging us over 800 cancellation fee!! THEY cancelled our original booking, moved us without our knowledge and are now charging US!! I've reached out to them for the past 6 days with no response. Apparently they are only responsive before and during a reservation. All I want at this point is for someone from the company to call me!!

Review for 2414 1st Ave Seattle, WA 98121 Belltown #350 Nice 3 night stay, condo comfortable for 3-4 people, nice corner unit with view of the water, second bedroom is bit small but works, mattress and bedding very comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with glassware and things you need to cook, was little disappointed there wasn't a second roll of paper towel, we ran out. Perfect location, within walking distance of most attractions, nice safe underground parking, was able to park my new car and not move the whole time, a 5-7 Uber ride to Pikes market and board walk area, if you don't feel like walking. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance make sure and check out Buckley's, nice bar and good food at fair price. Danny (I think) was the young man that checked us in went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed, other phone staff friendly and helpful. We didn't use but very nice roof top deck with BBQ and nice indoor swimming pool. There is no AC in the unit and well it doesn't get that hot in Seattle, due to location it would be hard to sleep with window's open, but looked like they had some portable options for that. I would stay again and would recommend to friend.
