My car got broken into so obviously there are no cameras, you have just as much security parking your car in the middle of the road. Then I was told to pay again to get out of the parking garage after I had already paid 45 and another 7 to leave. I was finally let out by one of the only two people working there. Overall -No security -High prices -Terrible customer service
I have parked here for several months while working downtown. I have never had a problem finding parking or my car being tampered with. A couple weeks ago a truck got broken into on the level I park at. My best advice is don't leave anything out in the open. Don't leave anything in your car you can't easily replace. It cost 18 for 6-8 hours or so.
Lines are not drawn clearly have 4 to 6 lines per its under construction no staff or bathroom on site elevator broke and were were stuck for a while signs on walls as to what floor your on are confusing as well as exiting is completely nerve wrecking as its such a tight space and the height limit is very short in parts some of the levels have giant plastic sheeting and seen some homeless sleeping near cars other cars were littered with trash and had broken windows was very sketchy and will not be going back at all
Shameful bait-and-switch/false advertising price. Road-side says \37 HOTEL 24hr PARKING\ - But when we go to pay? 36.70 and a *8.30!!!* \Tax\ added on. Total price is 45 USD despite advertised price. Should be illegal. They appear to be adding some bogus additional cost and calling it a 'tax' on the receipt as a separate line item.
