Knowledgeable and professional. Clear, time-based pricing plus materials, if needed. I cannot stress how important this is as a female customer (I knew the 1/2hr rate in advance). James & Kyle have worked on my properties twice and they have been beyond professional, knowledgeable, and communicative. Any modifications to the job were clear and quoted immediately for approval. Job site is clean at completion. I will continue working with them for future projects and repairs.

Service was on time, professional, and fixed a tricky problem. Our kitchen sink and disposal now work and the replaced drain is perfect. John was super nice and personable. Highly recommend!
Plumbers just left my house. I had a leaky faucet and clogged drain. They fixed it quickly, explained everything and were super friendly! Such a good experience!!The scheduling office did not impress me. I called for a weekday appointment on Saturday and the lady on the phone said she'd call me back to finalize a time and never did. On the day of they gave me a two hour window to be home during and didn't call me to tell me the plumbers would be an hour late, even though the plumber had called the office to let them know. Also, and this is a pretty big deal, the office quoted the half hour rate as the hourly rate, so the job was twice as expensive as I'd planned on.
Came home to a busted water heater. I couldn't even locate the source of the leak because there was a torrential downpour in my garage. In a panic I called O'neill plumbing and Donna was extremely helpful and calmed me down. I sent her pictures and she was hopeful that the water heater didn't need to be replaced. She was able to confirm that they could send a plumber that night. James and Kyle arrived 3 hrs later and wore masks and shoe coverings. They quickly assessed the problem - my expansion tank failed. They were both nice and courteous while they were in my home and replaced the tank within 30 minutes. I was pleasantly surprised at the cost - less than 400. Such a good experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.
The guys at O'Neill Plumbing -- Jeff and John -- came to my house and did a great job explaining what was wrong, providing options, and fixing my water heater and a faucet. Super friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Thanks, guys!
