I went in as a solo diner. Dined in ( first place since restrictions loosened a bit*). The owner was very kind however I felt a bit rushed during my experience. As soon as the food came they brought me the bill. As a customer that made me feel very rushed and I had not even been in the restaurant 10 minutes. I enjoyed the noodles however I think the spring rolls were fried a bit too long.

I like to tie the noodles end to end so it's like one really, really long noodle. If anyone can teach me to tie a square knot that would be really helpful. I can give one can of tuna for payment, thank you.

How is this place not popular?! Ordered from uber eats as a pickup just to try the place. The names on uber eats might be confusing for non mandarin clients. The picked fish noodle soup, is pickled veggies with boiled fish and a nice soup base. You can order with rice noodle or normal gluten noodles. The chongqing shredded chicken dry mixed noodles are BOMB. Suggestion to the owners, have pictures of the food for non chinese speakers.
