Great place to walk/run doing laps. There are trails through the woods above for doing the same, and you can even go up to the top of the hill and see the arboretum, that is still growing and changing.

I have been going here for years blackberry picking! Theres alot of sports that go on here. Not just rugby. People run the track, bicycle, walk, play football. Nice place to get your exercise.
I'm an early morning dog walker. I have been walking my dogs here for almost 10 years SeaTac police have done a fabulous job of keeping the park safe. It went through a rough period a couple years ago, since than the police have been on it! Wonderful place to walk and explore.
Has a running track and a nice place for pur kid to practice biking. Out of the way so not too busy.
