Aaron did a fantastic job cleaning out and inspecting our wood burning stove - he went above and beyond what we expected and what we asked for. We will definitely be using Pristine Sweeps next year too!

Excellent Customer Service!! Juliet was so incredibly helpful on the phone. Aaron and his team were incredibly efficient. They Took care of all three of our chimneys and pointed out a few areas that we should have a contractor look at. The explanations they gave were fantastic and there attention to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend Pristine Sweeps!
These guys are awesome! The weather forecaster said we were to expect some snow so we wanted to make sure our fireplace was operational. So I called up Pristine Sweeps and talked to Michelle and she was amazing! Even though they did not have any room and it was last minute, they were able to swing by (they literally showed up when the snow started), Aaron knows his business. He checked things out, advise me about the condition of the fireplaces (both wood and gas), and cleared our wood fireplace for burning. These guys are responsive, courteous, understanding, and professional. We will be using them for all of our fireplace needs. I highly recommend them.
