I ordered a rolling shower chair. After some time passed, I inquired and was told it was on backorder. Months went by. I checked from time to time. Once they told me it would be shipped to me within a few days, which came and went. (They didn't even have it yet). Finally, it arrived. It was not a shower chair. It was a portable commode . They insisted it was a shower chair. I called the manufacturer who told me it was not a shower chair but a commode! I sent it back and they sent me a shower chair which they had had in stock all along. This chair met none of the criteria that I had specified...namely, no brakes. I cannot put my handicapped husband in the shower on that! NO BRAKES! They say they have nothing else. I have to pay to ship it back to them. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone!
