High turnover. My kids psychiatrist doesn’t even let us know when to reschedule. I’ve sent emails either slow response or no response. When I’ve gotten a response it’s vague and indifferent. Billing has made more then one mistake and one bill that accidentally came to use was billing the insurance for over 28k for a few months. Mind you my kid is an out patient. The wise program has been good.

Amazing staff and therapists. I got admitted here when I was 12. I was a struggling young girl and Ryther really did help me. Yeah, I had my ups and downs, like... alot of them, but now I'm 16 and I have a job and have been living my best life!

The billing office is terrible. They have changed my co-pay for multiple visits; they re-billed me for visits I had already paid for, increasing the co-pay by 38. Their billing system and invoices are unnecessarily complicated. The therapist was not supportive of the relationship between my child and myself, as well as the family we had created. In fact, the therapist, in cunning collaboration with my child's father, assisted in the plot to have my child whisked away to the other side of the state. They planned to do this while I was out of town, so that I would come home and she would be gone. The therapist coached my child to say terrible things about me and our family. Now my child believes she is better off living a lie with a parent who has chosen not to be part of her life for 7 years. I would not recommend Ryther to anyone. The psychiatrist was terrible, as well. All in all a bad experience all the way around.
