We shopped around numerous stores for Cabinets and Counter Tops from Seattle to Kent. Sanyuan Cabinets and Granite was hands down the most responsive and provided the most detailed bid and drawings. Their cabinets are high quality plywood, plus look and function awesome. We also purchased the granite counter tops from them. We opted for the thicker granite. We had our GC install the cabinets but they installed the Granite Counter Tops. Installers did a great Job. Plus the pricing beat 3 other suppliers we had bid. Thanks to David, Amy and Su for a great experience and a beautiful new kitchen at a nice price. Would highly recommend!

I ordered a granite countertop for our downstairs kitchen. When the workers came to install it, they did not seem to understand any of my personal requests or to have much interest in what I was trying to say to them. I think they probably understood, to be honest, but just didn't care. The counter went in a bit uneven but not bad. However, there was a chip in the corner of the backsplash, which they just glued back into place, but which was still clearly visible. It sits behind an appliance so not that big a deal, but my impression overall was that they were in a hurry and didn't think I was a very important customer. It's still a pretty nice counter for a downstairs kitchen but I would have preferred a bit more of a 'customer service' attitude.
