We had an extraordinary experience working with Todd and the entire team at Schulte Design Build to complete an extensive exterior and partial interior renovation of our Pacific Northwest craftsman home in 2018. Key project elements included: a new outdoor pavilion with a hot tub and connected deck, koi pond and an entertainment room remodel that included a wet bar, bathroom, and new custom Murphy bed cabinetry. The Schulte team also recommended and seamlessly managed efforts with a partner architect, color consultant and landscape firm to deliver this large-scale project on time and on budget. This was an unbelievable feat as we were under an immense deadline with a wedding reception planned at our home. Todd and team treated that wedding date like it was their own and moved mountains to give us the home (and reception backdrop) of our dreams. The Schulte team is truly the most trustworthy, collaborative, dedicated team of people we've encountered and they exceeded every expectation we had in the renovation process.

Working with Schulte Design build was an absolute pleasure. It was such a convenience having an Architect, designer, and contractor all wrapped into one company. Everyone was very professional and thorough. Our remodel was on our house that is close to 100 years old. Schulte design build was able to overcome many obstacles that come along with remodeling of an older house. With their expertise and ideas we were able to come up with a plan that turned out fabulous and we are very happy with. The quality of the work, materials, and craftsmanship was top notch! Highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel. Thanks Todd and crew!

I worked with Todd and Schulte Design Build on three separate projects at the same house over the past 7 or so years. For budget, we needed to divide up all the remodeling projects we wanted to do on the house into three phases. Todd and his team worked with us to figure out how to best do this and we recently completed the third phase. The projects included a full kitchen remodel, exterior work, and the entire second floor, including adding a dormer and bathroom. The third project was the most expansive, where at least a quarter of the roof was off the home at one point! The entire team has always been very professional, friendly, top-notch in problem solving, and highly skilled. I've always been impressed by their attention to detail. For example, for my remodel, it was very important to me to try to match the remodeling to the 1920s character of the home, which included details like the moldings and floor finishes. Schulte Design Build totally gets it, and we were able to work together on multiple projects to get a great end result. I can't say enough good things - I always chose Schulte to work on my three projects, and if I had any more, I'd select them again. I recommend Schulte Design Build without hesitation.

I used Schulte Design Build to replace the aging stucco on my house with fiber cement board and batten and to remake by front and back entries. As the old siding was torn off we discovered that the amount of rot underneath was extensive. The team at Schulte was exceptionally responsive and very supportive with all of the issues that came up during the project. My Project Manager Tony Sanchez was absolutely on top of everything every step of the way. I cannot recommend Todd and his team at Schulte Design Build enough. Absolutely fabulous team.

Schulte set and stuck to their budget and timeline, finishing on schedule. How often does a contractor do THAT?!!! It was an outstanding experience. Their team was professional and very aware of the neighbors. They left our house spotless. I definitely recommend them.
