The epair\ man showed up, opened the door to the fridge, and said it didn't have a serial number, so he couldn't do anything. I told him, the sticker was on the back of the fridge, and showed him the serial number. He said this was not what he needed. He called a supervisor, and told them there was no serial number (but there was!). He leaves having done NOTHING at all. I call customer service, and am told another repair person would be coming since the first one was incompetent. Noone ever showed. After several calls, I ask to speak to a supervisor who can't get me an appointment with another technician for another week. We confirm the serial number over the phone (yup, it was there all along!). Beyond frustrating- we have been without a fridge for two weeks now, and have two young children. This fridge is less than five years old, and already headed to a landfill. Shameful.

My rep was on time for my annual service call. Very polite and curteous.

The actual technicians were great, don’t get me wrong! I needed repair parts, which were ordered. And delivered, with an appointment to return scheduled up front. But apparently my order was missing two screws. They were on back order. Obtaining these two screws took over two months, six phone calls that lasted over an hour each and massive frustration. I spoke to a number of different people before reaching to individuals who were willing to actually help. They dug into the problem, got me the part number soI could order on Amazon , and got me back on track. There is no way this experience should have been so painful and aggravating. I understand that we are dealing with Covid, and one phone call upfront would’ve gone a long way to helping alleviate my stress and frustration. Technician knowledge is a 9. Communication is a -40. Don’t bother
