It was our very first visit to the Seattle Children's ER Department in the United States and our family is greatly impressed with the quality of care. Our son was in a critical condition when we arrived and we were placed into the room right away upon arrival. The doctors, nurses, and front desk people were very compassionate, listened and communicated attentively. Our son received exceptional care and we were explained the treatment options clearly. Compared to our native country hospital experience, this was like heaven. I am really grateful and would recommend to anyone who is seeking medical help for their children.

I was restrained and blood tested for no practical reason here. the nurses laughed at me for having a fear of needles. I was there for suicidal ideation and got absolutely no help. Instead of getting help, i got traumatized. It’s been 7 months and I still wake up screaming because of what they did to me. Do NOT send your child here

Children's Hospital has always been the best place for my kids. We've been there several times, mostly the Emergency Department. Active kids get injured and sick. Everytime we've been there, we've been treated with dignity and respect. The doctors and nurses explain everything they're doing and why. I would love to have all medical offices and hospitals treat us the way Children's has.

The ED Staff work so well with children and you can tell they love what they do . The Emergency Department is very clean the bathroom was sparkling ! Wonderful Job EVS STAFF !
