I've been a patient of Dr. Marco Vespignani's for several months, and I can honestly say that he is one of the most intelligent, innovative and compassionate physicians I have ever met. Dealing with complex health issues since 2000, I've visited countless doctors and therapists; I also work at the UW in medical research administration, so this is no small compliment. Dr. Marco is a natural born healer with a bedside manner that deserves a Nobel Prize :-). He provides his patients with cutting edge education, tireless support and has an awesome sense of humor. The entire clinic is truly integrative - utilizing a wide variety of therapies and collaborating with numerous hospitals and practitioners. The pharmacy stocks a gorgeous selection of supplements, and everyone at the front desk is a total delight. SIM's quality of care is exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone invested in their health and well-being.
