I called to get help with an issue. My screen and camera were going out. Over the phone, the guy was able to tell me my issue was covered by the manufacturer. He told me to call them direct, and they should fix it for free. Fantastic! I called the manufacturer and they confirmed it was covered. I was directed to a third party to do the fix, but once there, they refused to do the work based on minor surface damage. I called Seattle Laptop back (since they were helpful the first time, thought if I had to pay, I should give them my business). Again, Seattle Laptop gave me some advice to get a second opinion directing me to a more competent third party fix-it place that was more helpful and I could be sure that they would assess the situation correctly. I followed their advice, and I was able to get the screen replaced and fixed at no charge. You guys are honest and helpful. I really appreciate the guidance, and I know when I have a need, I'll call you. THANK YOU.

First time going here, my experience has been that they're professional and efficient. I took my laptop in for a fan replacement, and it was done earlier than expected, which was awesome! I also keep a piece of tape over my laptop camera unless I'm using it (paranoid lol) and they replaced the tape with a little slider that looks and functions wayyyyy better. I didn't even ask for that last part, so it was a nice surprise! They communicated well so I never felt in the dark about the progress of the repair or the price. Totally going back if I need more repairs in the future!
