A very pleasant maintenance experience! Because it was a busy Friday, the maintenance is running a little behind schedule, and I was about to be late for my next appointment, David kindly offered a Mini convertible loaner to me, so I can make my appointment. The weather was very good for driving a convertible. They also provide free tire inflation, that’s awesome!

They initiated end of warranty inspection to make sure everything was working properly before free service expired. Plus for them reaching out! No wait when I got to the dealer at 8:30AM (usually a busy time in service at most dealers). Plus for no wait! I was waiting at the dealer while they preformed the inspection. They found some stuff that needed to be fixed under warranty and because it was going to take longer than the amount of time they said they got me a loaner to use for the day. Plus for them recognizing that my time is valuable! Our MINI with repairs was ready when they said it would be. Plus for the communications throughout the process!

The buying experience at Seattle MINI is free from most of the games that make car buying a chore. They have a broad inventory, the staff is helpful, and it's a fun environment. Ask for "Dee"... He knows EVERYTHING about MINIs.

I am 65 years old. Worked in several auto dealers in my day and can honestly say I HAVE NEVER HAD A BETTER BUYING EXPERIENCE. THAT LAST BEYOND THE PURCHASE. I will always recommend and continue to do business with Seattle Mini and I live south of Tacoma. Drive past NW mini with a smile. Anyone familiar with that route and traffic knows how great they must treat you to take that punishment of a drive.

Amazing service with a nice selection of vehicles. I bought my Mini Cooper Clubman last year and just got it service for an oil change. They offered a "shuttle service" for free to pick me up at my house and grab me when it was ready for pickup. The shuttle service was one individual driving me in a Mini so was really a nice warm, personal experience! Although the pricing was more than I anticipated for the oil change & 2 filters needing to be changed, I was overjoyed with the service. I also got a follow up call on how the service went and received a birthday card in the mail. Love this place, love my Mini!

Buying experience was fantastic- service appointment not so happy. Even with appointment wait time already over 2 hours and counting. I wish I’d known before I drive all the way down here. :(
