Was referred to them from a friend and they were great. Nice people and great service. Thanks to the driver recommending us to use Port Valet when he was dropping us off for our cruise to Alaska. We did not see our bags till we got home, it all worked exactly as he said. Thank you Seattle Shuttle. Highly recommend.

They were fast efficient and friendly. Took the shuttle to the cruise ship and had them put us on schedule for return and for airport and when I called, they were waiting for my call and van was there in five minutes. They are great. I highly recommend them.
Super recommend excellent service, communication at all times you feel that you are not alone. Melinda assisted us in everything including storing our bags for last minute shopping and Allan excellent human being very diligent and a very professional treatment. Thank you so much
I work at a downtown hotel and this is a great company to work with! Melinda is a phenomenal dispatcher and keeps everything flowing and organized throughout cruise season chaos. Allan is an outstandingly professional shuttle driver, polite and chivalrous.
Will never use this company again. Stay away far away. We had two transfers set up with two vans each. First Trip Drivers 45 mins late fort pick up and then took over 2 hours for a 45 min drive. On the return trip once again they were late. Then when we are loading the driver was very rude. We loaded our own luggage and wheelchair. He then tried to add other passengers from another party to our van. We paid for a private van not a shared van. He insisted that he had the room there for he was to pile them in. I stuck my ground as this is what we paid for and didn't want damage to our wheelchair due to to much luggage weight. We finally leave and he drove very scary. He was all over the road and kept braking and then speeding up. When we arrived at the airport he didn't help with luggage again. He just stood there and asked for his tip. When the paying passenger explained he had arrangements with the office he said that wasn't his problem and was going to get paid at that moment. Of course he was paid at that moment to prevent any problems. As a transportation manager/dispatcher that driver would not be working for my company. Very poor service!! (I wouldn't have even give one star other than it was required for review)
