AWESOME!! (Disclaimer: I know nothing about glass art, so I cannot comment on the selection or quality of the supplies sold here.) What I can comment on is the incredible customer service experience I had here, and I wasn't even technically a customer! I came into the store with a broken wine glass that was given to my girlfriend as a gift from one of her best friends. It had her name engraved on the side, and she was very disappointed when she accidentally broke it while washing. I took the glass to Art Glass Supply and they were happy to help me remove and recover the etched portion of the glass in order to create a small keepsake out of it (I encased it in a clear resin, which turned out great). They were incredibly helpful, even taking a personal interest in my little project, and didn't charge me a dime! Made my day, and made it possible for me to preserve this little memory for my girlfriend. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!
