BluePearl has been a lifesaver to us a few times. I don’t know what we would have done without you all. Thank you so much for all of your hard work and genuine care. Working so hard during the holidays and during the issues of Covid, you are all heroes, and I am so impressed by the quality of the doctors and staff.

We have received the best possible care for our beloved kitty from the oncology team at BluePearl in Seattle. Dr. Akiko Koshino specializes in the specific form of cancer plaguing our kitty. Dr. Koshino along with her techs Janice and Emily, were all incredibly compassionate, kind, patient and open to receiving my constant stream of called and emailed questions. You know that the team loves the animals they care for. Render's cancer journey started with an emergency vet visit to bluepearl in Renton after we noticed some rapid weight loss. They treated him with urgency and recommended transferring him to Seattle for an oncology consultation. We were welcomed with open arms, quick estimates and timely updates during our multiple emergency room visits at Seattle blue pearl. With the oncology team I felt informed and listened to at every step. We were always presented with multiple options (sometimes more than we could really comprehend) and a clear recommendation each week which I was exceedingly grateful for. I love Render more than anything and felt good making decisions on his care with this team. Because of COVID you are not able to go inside with your animal, you bring them into an \airlock\ of sorts between two glass doors and if it's a cat, move your cat from your carrier to their clean carrier. Upon returning him every time Janice or Emily in our very time limited in-person interaction told me he did so good and was very sweet. I'm happy my kitty is such a charmer and I'm so grateful for the staff at BluePearl.

Thank you to the staff working Christmas morning! My dog ate a toxic amount of chocolate and nowhere else was open. They had her stomach pumped within 30mins of me arriving, despite being quite busy. I very much appreciate your help!

The 1 star it is for the horrible human being vet technician that works at this location. He was extremely rude, judgmental, impatient, not nice at all. I was very close to tell him to F&@f but my baby was was sick and needing some help. I am still confused and mad with the situation. The dr and the lady that answered the phone were extremely nice. I give it 5 stars for both of them. He is a horrible employee and because of him I will find it another hospital next time i need it. I felt that he didn’t want him there and even said that all those vets out there are sending too many animals to the hospitals. Is that bad BluePearl? Don’t you want money? More animals more money. Maybe you guys should do some customer service training for some of your employees:

I took my dog here on Sunday night to get emergency x-rays to see if she has ingested something she shouldn’t have. They promised to call me first thing Monday morning since their radiologist was not in. Monday I got no call with results or even to update me with a new time. I called today (Tuesday) and they said I might be able to expect results by the end of today, or maybe tomorrow. Don’t call yourself an emergency vet if you cannot provide service on an emergency timeline. It is unacceptable to make a pet suffer waiting two days for results. Not to mention scam pet owners by charging extra for emergency services and not give answers when a pets life is on the line
