I had my first appointment with Crystal Ann on Tuesday. I wasn't sure of what I wanted, I just knew I wanted to start off more natural. Our consultation was very thorough, and we decided on the look that I was looking for and WOW, SHE KILLED IT! I couldn't have even imagined my brows would look this amazing. I will say that I have been a loyal customer for years and have nothing bad to say about my brow artist MK, she does amazing work. However I will not be returning due to the customer service I received the last visit. The dishonesty I experienced was very unprofessional. I had my lips done with Zara, and was never notified that the touch up was not complimentary.. although she talked me up and scheduled me in as if it were. After my touch up I was thrown off at the additional charge and after expressing to them that I was never told, they told me \it's on our website\, but never once was I told in person it is an additional charge. Then Zara proceeded to tell me it would be waived, in front of my friend that witnessed all of this. When I recently called back to express I was not happy with my results and wanted to have correction work done by Noi, I was told they can go over options once I paid off my balance.. which again, I was never aware of. Of course they said they had no notes to document that my last touch up fee was waived, but yet they claimed I owed a balance. Long story short, I paid the balance because basically my word against theirs..and then my options were all of these additional fees and basically the same full price of lip blushing I already paid, again. This is not great customer service in my opinion, especially when the client is not satisfied with the outcome, yet I am having to be charged and pay more and more fees for work I am not happy with. Sad to leave this business because MK is great, but not pleased with the experience and how I was treated last time.
Noi definitely has mastered brows! So happy with my Microblading and excited to return for my touch up. She is amazing and talented. Nastasha
It's crazy to think that I started following Noi back in 2016 when she only had 7K followers on IG. Now her business is booming! I decided to book with Noi after following her for a year, and it was the best decision I have ever made. Yes, it was worth flying from Philly to Seattle round trip twice to get my brows done/retouched! I honestly did not trust any artist in Philly during that time, and I wanted to be satisfied with the outcome. Noi and her husband were both very communicative and made my visit very easy. The session went well, and Noi made things comfortable. I can't imagine getting my brows done by anyone else. Noi is seriously the best! Super excited about my upcoming appointment in the summer!
I cannot say enough great things about the Seattle 3D Brows crew! They're absolutely amazing. Each person is so talented when it comes to cosmetic tattooing. The salon is super cute, clean and full of the best products around! But let me get to the import part, I absolutely love my brows. The time that was taken to get the shape just right, the consultation to make sure I was getting the appropriate tattoo for my skin type, AND THEY LOOK AMAZING!
