I went to David with a suit that had been poorly tailored in the past by a different shop. He had me put it on and he quickly assessed what was needed to fix it. I immediately felt like he new his trade really well and was going to take good care of me. His price was reasonable, he finished the work on time, communicated well throughout the whole process and he was pleasant to be around when I was in his shop. All around it was a very positive experience.
I love this tailor - they've altered several vintage items for me and I've been really happy with the friendly and open way the staff discuss what you want with you, not to mention thrilled with how the clothes turned out! I'll keep coming back!
The Davids are very professional and attentive, having listened to my style preferences as well as suggesting how to remain within traditional custom. Their work was excellent and my tailoring came out exactly how I imagined when I dropped off the suit. I would highly recommend their services for any tailoring of a store-bought suit as well as a custom or semi-bespoke suit.
