E Denny Way. Very well presented and equipped place, WITH carparking. With Safeway close by and everything else you need within 10mins walk, its an ideal location. As long as you don't mind the steep paths there are some great places to eat on 15th Street and Broadway East. There is a superb Thai street food place (KinDee) and Bar (BottleNeck) and 2 Doors Down burgers on E Madison five mins away. Loved it!

We were staying in Wallingford #5. The overall quality was good for a short term stay and I think it is a bit cheaper than equivalent options on Airbnb. However, the suite did not have a dishwasher, AC (it had a fan), and hairdryer. The vacuum cleaner was smelly and old. However, it had HD tv, cable, and internet. We also had a satisfactory maintenance experience; they repaired the bathtub tap leakage after contacting them. I had read reviews about people experiencing the invasion of their privacy by the landlord checking their apartment without previous notice. Just wanted to also mention we did not have any problem regarding that and the staff were nice people. I also wanted to mention that our security deposit was 600 which was returned fully. They received 250 cleaning fee at the beginning which was separate from the security deposit. The only problem is that they warn you that if the apartment is not cleaned (bathroom, kitchen, ...) before leaving they will deduct excessive cleaning fee from your security deposit (they also say the staff will be there just to do a light housekeeping.) I think this warning is a bit absurd because even if they hire a third party company for cleaning the apartment, 250 would be enough for cleaning rather than a light housekeeping.

Wallingford #4. 2400 a month and No HD TV. Let me repeat that..... 2400 A Month and NO HD TV. The mortgage on my house is 2200 a month. Like looking at blurry TV? Too bad. Like mildew in your bath and kitchen linens? Too bad. They are ALL green so you can’t bleach them. Hotels use white linens for a reason. 1 Star for being furnished, 1 Star for proximity to UWMC. I wish I could rate this better but they aren’t putting much effort into this business. If there is Any chance your stay in Seattle is going to be 6 months or longer, rent unfurnished, get what you want and save money.
