I'm surprised by such low reviews. My experience with skyway has been great. I don't know. Maybe I just got the really nice workers. Anyhow, great experience super nice people it's a two thumbs up for me.

After contacting and visiting this utility, I pray that no else ever has to interact with the support staff here. Rudeness, social profiling and discrimination are all you will find here today.
While I understand that bills have to be paid ... perhaps they can make an effort to contact an hour or two before the water shutoff so that the client can at least attempt to make things right. Without water in 80 degrees for over 12 hours is no way to deal with a customer that has always made good on their bills over the last 4 years ... late or not, collections were never necessary. Sad and dehumanizing.
