After a hiking accident, it hurt to sit for almost 6 months before I found out about Nicole. I went to countless physical therapy appointments at my primary doctor with no relief. After three sessions with Nicole, I could sit without pain! I’ve been going to her for a year now because she continues to dramatically improve my posture and reduce my pain every visit. She is highly intuitive, compassionate, and a pleasure to chat with. Highly recommend!

Nicole is simply a rockstar. I've had back issues since college and she was the first person that was able to truly explain (and help!!) what was happening in my body. I had either been told the chiropractic side or the muscle tension side but never the two together and so much more! 5 stars for sure.

Both Nicole and Claire are amazing PTs. I’ve been seeing them for post-partum issues, and in addition to having symptom relief, I’ve also felt very heard and understood. They use a holistic approach - visceral mobility, ribs/breathing, posture and alignment, stability - all the good things. Highly recommend.

I worked with Nicole in the fall of 2017 after dislocating my shoulder rock climbing in the Cascades. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. Specifically I'm writing this review three years later having had NO pain/issues/re-dislocations, and I think that speaks worlds to the work Nicole does (especially surrounding an injury like a dislocation that is prone to re-injury). I feel really lucky to have had Nicole as my PT, and can't say enough great things.

Nicole provides a very thorough evaluation and treats your condition using a functional manual therapy approach, which includes soft tissue and joint mobilizations and functional retraining. She is compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and has a unique skill set. Nicole is a PT with advanced training which is difficult to find and I would highly recommend her.

I have worked with Nicole for over 3 years on various mobility issues, injury prevention and recovery and just optimizing my physical movement. I love the manual work that Nicole does. The most effecting PT therapy I have been exposed to! Nicole always listens to what is going on, and then works to identify the root cause of why my body is presenting with various restriction or engagement patterns. I feel better every time I walk out of her office, with more knowledge of what is going on, and better function. Thank you Nicole for taking care of me and my body!

I came to Nicole in the fall of 2017 after suffering a back and hip injury exacerbated by climbing. My back spasmed constantly, I couldn't bend over or move much, the only way I was comfortable was horizontal and as an active person, this killed me. Before landing on Nicole's table, I had visited a GP, acupuncturist, massage therapist, a different physical therapist, and I tried floating to see if that would relieve some of the pressure and pain my back and hip were experiencing. Unfortunately I was either dismissed, or told to walk ( which was excruciating), or told that "something was definitely wrong, but I'm not sure what." So frustrating. After one session with Nicole, my body felt so much better—she untwisted the muscles that were tensed up from protecting my injury and her initial manipulations brought me so much relief. I've been seeing her fairly regularly ever since to help manage the pain and continue "unwinding" my body. She even put together that my scar tissue from an appendectomy when I was 11 was playing a big role in my injury—something totally overlooked by the GP and other PT. She's incredible. I truly can't recommend Nicole enough. Her desire to understand and "unlock" the body is amazing and her approach to treatment is so much more than "reps." She looks at the entire body, not just the injured area and works to ensure that everything is functioning as it should—muscle, tissue, ligaments—everything. Beyond just being an incredible PT, Nicole is easy to chat with, a total badass, and she'd provide insight into what she was doing with every manipulation and exercise. I'd look forward to my appointments with Nicole and will continue to work with her whenever I have an injury or my body feels out of alignment. She's truly the best!

The mastery that Nicole has in her craft is truly remarkable. I was lucky enough to have her support in my first pregnancy, after, and in my current one. Working with her has been one of the most important investments in my health and I have yet to find a more talented PT than her.
