It is absolutely the worst place to deal with. The lack of communication within the company is appalling. Took 5 months to solve a very simple task. I tried being patient but after 5 months anyone will get frustrated. Please do not use them!

The absolute worst insurance company (I have ever had). Their website is unhelpful in finding providers, their customer service is unhelpful, they send unnecessary document requests, reject claims, etc. I'm a healthy person and the one time I've actually used my insurance (Sound Health) they went, in my opinion, out of the way to pay as little as possible. I'm counting the days until I pick up other insurance and can drop this company.

I unfortunately got breast cancer. Was lucky to be able to remove my breast and be perfectly fine. I was even able to go back to work one month later. My insurance denied my claim saying dates were wrong. Mind you there paperwork was filed out exactly like they said. It was sent back 3 times. Dr said he never seen anything like this insurance. Always red ink and highlights saying not to fill paperwork out before surgery. Well you have to for employers. I called about every day and had a different answer from these reps. I asked to talk directly to time loss and was refused. I beat cancer but now have to fight with this insurance company. I worked and paid for this insurance 21 years without a claim and get this?! I will get paid if I have to go the attorney general, lawyer media. Whatever it takes.
Absolutely the worst experience ever!! If I had a choice I would use another company!
