When I was sent here I was very nervous based on these terrible reviews but I needed to come here to make sure I set the record straight. Yes, they do NOT answer the phone. I learned this the hard way (on hold for an hour) but if you leave a message they really do get back to you. Every single person I interacted with there was so kind and gentle with me. I needed to see a genetic counselor and Ursula went (and continues) to go above and beyond. All the nurses and doctors were great and kind and professional. I hope I never have to come back here again, but they gave me amazing care.

The doctors, genetic counselors, and social workers were all amazing. They squeezed me in for appts, were kind, sensitive, informative, and amazing. I experienced a loss and Swedish MFM and the nurses at Swedish first hill were amazing. If you have a high risk pregnancy go here.

To remind my entire pregnancy we received great care from the nursing staff at the center. They were the kindest and most compassionate nurses. I really love Dr Tran she was fantastic. I wasn't crazy about all the doctors but most of the doctors were good enough. We had a hard long delivery but my emergency safe section was successful. In the aftercare was good as well.

Sandy has it right in her review. This place is disorganized and lacks a strong service culture/sense of ownership. Went here for an early ultrasound, for which there was an abnormal result, and the doctor who read the results (and is the only person authorized to analyze the results) didn’t even come in to talk through what he/she saw. Instead, we were forced to play a game of telephone with someone who did not analyze the result and was not a great communicator. This place was below the standard of care I would expect at such an institution. Very disappointing.
