The chicken tikka masala was edible and the naan was just ok. Overall, it tasted like an American made it and needed something extra. Anyway, I paid for it so I ate it, but I won't be a returning customer. Purchased at the Des Moines Marina Market

My review is probably biased. See, I don't eat dairy nor eggs. I essentially eat a vegan diet with the addition of meat (sometimes). The fact that this is exactly what their cuisine is, makes it worry free for me. It's not often that I get to order the "everything" item on the menu, and I don't know that I ever got to order naan without having to specify no butter/ghee... But I sure did here! And enjoyed the hell out if it. Was having beers with friends at a brewery and this seriously hit the spot. It was delicious. The icing on the cake (both vegan, of course) was that I had a killer run super early the next morning, so whatever ingredients they used gave me the fuel I needed. I don't write many reviews... But this one was worth it. It's better than reported. I've since been back and it lived up to the hype of my first visit. At this point, this truck is actually bringing me to breweries that I otherwise probably wouldn't go to.
Tried here for the first time since I haven’t ate Indian food for a while. The naan was good in my opinion, good olive oil/garlic spread they use and the perfect texture. The chicken tika masala on the other hand was a disappointment. Didn’t really taste like chicken Tika masala and tasted weird.
Went to Tandoozy at Fremont Sunday Market. Possibly just a bad day, but I was quite disappointed. The naan was not bad, and made fresh in front of you, however the toppings were sub-par at best. The rice was dry, the daal was tasteless, the masala curry was heavy on clove, and the mango chutney was extremely sweet and didn't have that sweet/sour balance that is usually there in a chutney. Also quite messy/difficult to eat in an outside market setting. Could be a really great concept/experience if done right.
It was really good. They were at Des Moines Farmer's Market today. My children and I got the garlic naan and it was delicious and reasonable price, too!
My wife and I had seen the Tandoozy stand at both the Fremont and Ballard farmer's markets and we final got the chance to try it today. We were doubly disappointed with their offering. The naan, though tasty, was one third uncooked in the middle. The daal was not bad but the chicken tikka masala was undercooked. Not exactly what you want from a street vendor.
Delicious and filling freshly baked Naan with glorious toppings. Great value!
that chutney is gold
